In loving memory of

CONSUELO ESCALAMBRE DOMINGO

Septembr 10, 1954 - Septmbr 16, 2022

Consuelo, known as Connie to her friends, grew up in Quezon City, Philippines, graduating from the University of Santo Tomas.

In 1972, Consuelo placed 4th runner up in the prestigious Miss Binibing Pilipinas pageant. Her win brought opportunity for her to work with the largest Filipino advertising agency to date, J. Romero & Associates. She worked on several campaigns that included print & commercial television.

Prior to eventually making her way to the US, she was an avid athlete, competing in marathons.  After settling in the US, she met her husband, Reynaldo Domingo, who she spent over the next 30 years as his beloved wife. He introduced her to tennis, which quickly became a favorite past time.

She loved family, and in the Bay Area she started her own with Rey, having two children. She was a proud mother, grandmother to her grandchildren, auntie,  sister, and friend.

She spent over 15 years working for the VTA of Santa Clara County before recently retiring. In retirement she enjoyed spending time with family as it had always been a central to her life. She enjoyed staying close with her siblings, children, and extended family & friends.

Consuelo was preceded in death by her husband Reynaldo and parents Oscar and Dolores.  She is survived by her children Magaretta and Arieante; stepdaughter Leticia, grandchildren Ariella, Camila, Cassandra, and Enlil, siblings Albert, Maria Luisa, Mercedes, Beatriz, and Martha. May her spirit always remind us to love deeply, as she did.

It Was a Gift to Know Consuelo E Domingo
